2016 SIUE Fast Fours Volleyball Clinics

The clinics are open to any interested volleyball players grades 5 through 12. The clinics are Tuesdays (Feb. 23, Mar. 1, Mar. 15, Mar. 22 and Apr. 5) from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The cost is $15 per clinic and signup is available at camps.jumpforward.com/siuevolleyball.

"Fast Fours is fun!" says SIUE Head Coach Leah Johnson. "We are introducing this new clinic so volleyball players can enjoy playing the sport they love. As much as coaches love skill training the truth is, athletes need to play the game more and have fun doing it. We think this is a great way to combine fun, learning, and competition in a fast-paced style. Our cougar volleyball team loves it so I am sure our campers will too."

Serve training will be provided at each session. The Fast Fours Clinics feature a fun, competitive and fast-paced game that helps everyone learn game strategy and utilize all volleyball skills.

For more information, see this Flyer, or contact SIUE volleyball Assistant Coach Kendall Paulus at 618-650-5285.
