I've have been playing volleyball since the 5th grade.  I played four years varsity volleyball in high school and was team captain as well.  I attend Lindenwood University with a volleyball scholarship and have remained active in the sport through refereeing, playing recreational and coaching select last year.  I hope to be able to develop a team that is team focused and improves on their quality of the game.  I am looking forward to this season with high expectations. I am planning on a lot of practices and court playing time through tournaments.  Any questions you can e-mail me at KOEHLERK8800@gmail.com.

16’s Blue will be coached by Kelly and Mike Trost.
This is Mike and I's 5th year coaching. Our very 1st year at U12, we won most of our tournaments or came in 2nd place. We were a waivered team so we could not play gold/silver but we took 1st in the Bronze Division. Our 2nd year at U13, we made it to Gold Division and took 5th in Gateway. We were invited to play at Nationals again succeeded at 1st or 2nd place in all tournaments. Our 3rd year at U14, we always made it into the playoffs, things were a little rougher this year so we let a few 3rd places sneak in their but came out in 7th place in Gateway. We came in 2nd place in the Goldheart Tournament in Kansas City with 40 teams entered. Our 4th year at U15 we struggled with only 6 players but still finished 13th in Gold
16's white will be coached by Lauren Bowman and Jenny Hawkins. Lauren and Jenny both played in high school at Saint Dominic and club ball in St. Charles. Lauren and Jenny have both played competitively in adult leagues since then. Lauren is a banquet/ event coordinator and wine consultant while Jenny is a real estate agent for Century 21. Jenny and Lauren are both extremely committed to improving the girls skills while maintaining the love of the game. Last year, as first time coaches together, Jenny and Lauren took the girls to gold regionals and also won Show-Me games. This year, they are looking forward to stepping up the competition level while keeping the game fun.

Nathan has played volleyball for 15 years and has organized and run several tournaments over that time. NoCoFoSho was developed by North County area high school coaches in response to a need we perceived as we visited area schools and met with players and their families. We noticed a lack of teams and programs in place to expand competitive, college-preparatory volleyball experience to North County area players and families. Our goal is to make the club experience affordable, accessible, enlightening, competitive, and fun We seek to offer a competitive club experience and to prepare high school athletes for a more elite experience in college athletics if possible. We also aim to give players more depth and breadth of experience by targeting specific skills, exposing players to a broader range of competition, and by developing desirable mental and physical characteristics in each athlete.
