USAV has implemented a new procedural requirement to access any online clinics.  Players and Coaches must now be full members before they may take any USAV online course.  That means they must have applied for membership in Webpoint AND have their membership paid for.  Juniors must wait for their affiliated club to pay their membership dues.  Adults have the option to pay online, even if they affiliated with a junior club.  Once membership is paid and the member is in good standing, they may access any of the online courses for the season, such as SafeSport, scorekeeper training, clinicians training, junior ref training, etc.
