Important Please Note !!! for the 23-24 Season for all players or coaches associated with an Indoor Junior Club program the club will advise on the purchase process that will be followed.  They will either provide a club specific link which will take you thru the purchase process and club assignment or they may purchase on your behalf.  Do not purchase one of the below memberships. We have eliminated purchasing from region website for most memberships other than Officials, Outdoor, or Adult player.  Full season memberships are valid from September 1st, 2023 to August 31st, 2024.    Please also note the Junior Coach membership is for anyone 18 and below who is assisting with a team.   They cannot be head coaches but can be assistants.   Adult coaches should pick the appropriate adult coach membership.  

Gateway Region values its partnerships with its members and seeks to maintain transparency in all we do so as such we wanted to outline the refund policy for the Region portion of your membership fee for the 23-24 registration season.   Full memberships may be eligible for refund of registration fee’s with the exception of credit card processing fee.    Limited memberships will not be eligible for refund.   Refund request must be made within 45 days and/or before having competed in a USAV sanctioned event.   No refunds will be issued when an entire membership season and/or any portion thereof is cancelled or interrupted for any reason.
