USAV moving membership platforms from Webpoint to SportsEngine...

USA Volleyball has made the move to switch their Member Management System (MMS) platform thru which all memberships are tracked.  Beginning in the 2019-2020 season, all players, coaches, club staff, officials, tournament organizers, and event directors will apply for membership through a SportsEngine portal.  This new platform will address many of the technological issues that arose over the years with Webpoint as the system grew with the population and needs of online education and SafeSport.

In lieu of this fundamental change in member, team, and club registration, Gateway Region has been working directly with SportsEngine to try and alleviate the natural hiccups that come with any change in process and routine.  Our Region has arranged for a SportsEngine representative to present in St. Louis to directly educate our Club Directors as to the changes and upgrades in this new MMS.  It will allow club directors to get hands on training, as well as the opportunity to ask questions regarding integration with Qualifier Registration Systems (Advanced Event Systems, TM2, SportWrench) and other registration topics that affect individuals and families.

The SportsEngine Presentation is scheduled on Sunday July 14, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Daniel Boone Branch of St. Louis County Library - 300 Clarkson Road, Ballwin, MO 63011.

It is strongly encouraged that Club leadership attend and bring staff from within your club's infrastructure that will be working with the new software.
