What: Beach Regional Qualifier

Date: August 9th & 10th, 2025 *based upon number of signups this could be a single day event so be prepared to play either day.

Divisions: Boys/Girls 12U, 14U, 16U and 18U. Check your age qualification below.

Plummer Family Park: 3501 Sports Park Drive, Edwardsville, IL 62025

One of the partners must be a USAV member of the Gateway Region.

Bids: Teams that place 1st through 3rd will earn a bid to 2026 USAV Beach Nationals.

DRESS CODE/ATTIRE: Uniforms are not required. However, matching color bottoms and tops are encouraged. All athletes are REQUIRED to wear a top, for girls it must cover your midsection when standing, and bottoms such as spandex, shorts or leggings. No bikinis will be permitted for any team. Boys must wear tank tops or t-shirts that cover their midsection when standing and bottoms such as swim trunks, surf shorts, or volleyball shorts. No brief type swim trunks.

Age Group Determination (please note this has changed this year and is different from indoor)

• 12 and Under: Players graduating high school in 2031 or later. 
• 14 and Under: Players graduating high school in 2029 or later. 
• 16 and Under: Players graduating high school in 2027 or later. 
• 18 and Under: Players graduating high school in 2025 or later

2025 USA National Beach Tour – Junior Beach National Championships  (July 16-18th)

Location: 9th-14th Streets, Virginia Beach Oceanfront, Virginia Beach, VA

Age Divisions: –

• Session I: July 16-18, 2025 (Boys 16U and Girls 12U & 16U)
• Session II: July 19-21, 2025 (Boys 12U, 14U, & 18U and Girls 14U & 18U)

There are 3 tiers of Competition for Beach Junior Nationals.  Very similar to Boys and Girls Junior Nationals.

National Open Bids: May only be obtained at a Beach National Qualifier.

Regional Open Bids: May only be obtained at Beach Regional Qualifiers.  Gateway Regional Beach Bids are ONLY available to Gateway Region Pairings where both players are Gateway Region Members.

Pay to Play Division - Similar to the Indoor Boys JNC "Club" division, or the Indoor Girls JNC "Patriot" division.
